The Long Version,

My love of photography began with B&W Film in my hometown of Rochester, NY, the city where George Eastman founded Kodak. Eventually warmer weather and sunshine lured me to Charleston, SC where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Photography with an emphasis on B&W film photography.  Charleston stole my heart and I lived there with my husband and 2 cats for over a decade!  Life happens, and we soon welcomed our new son, Leo, to the family. We also decided to re-locate back to Rochester, NY. Our second son, Ari, joined our little tribe shortly after that. We left many dear friends behind in Charleston and hope to return often to visit those friends and re-connect to the beauty of the Low Country.

Even though I've adapted to this digital age we live in, I still believe in the magic of film. Nothing beats looking through my parents' basement to discover boxes of old family photos. No matter what the medium, photography  allows us to capture a moment in time and turn it into a tangible piece of art. Photography allows us to tell stories, and I would love to tell your story!
